DECIDE4ACTION celebrated a successful year with a company holiday party at Plate 108 in downtown Greer. Plate 108 is a culinary school and a cooking and entertainment venue that offers private dinners, cooking classes and corporate events.
Employees, spouses and significant others prepared a holiday feast. Plate 108 chefs prepared the main course while we prepared the appetizer of honey, goat cheese and walnut stuffed dates and the dessert of French Chocolate Cake. We’d encourage any Upstate SC company looking for a fun and enjoyable dinner event to contact Plate 108.
Kimberly French, DECIDE4ACTION’s Manager of Finance & Administration shared that “We picked Plate 108 location because we wanted something different. We wanted to have fun and get everyone involved and engaged. We wanted more than just a dinner. The entire night was great. This was very different than our previous types of events. This was a really nice way to close a year and bring everyone a little closer together.”
Richard Bergeron, CEO added “We wanted to celebrate a good first year after the acquisition of and transition with the CC+I. 2018 was a success as we expanded our involvement and support of Cott Beverages, now known as Refresco. We were worried at first because we did not know much about Refresco, a large company out of the Netherlands. I had concerns that they may have preferred other solutions and some of their existing partners. Instead, as Refresco learned about our solutions and got to know us, they recognized our expertise and the value we bring. We not only maintained solutions in the 19 plants, but we also implemented our solutions in their additional US locations.”
Richard continued, “The future of DECIDE4ACTION is bright and exciting. We are upgrading the platform for the various SaaS options of our solutions, as well as we recently invested in Cartesiam, an AI company that has developed NanoEdge AI. One of our 2019 goals is to integrate the Cartesiam NanoEdge A.I. technology into the Decide4action platform. As well, we look to expand into new markets such as beer, wine, spirits, dairy, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, cosmetics and even discrete manufacturing.”
